Just had my first Crew practice

    I just had my first crew practice for the college team.

    I've never rowed before, but someone here has to have some experience with it.

    Any diet/routine recomendations?

    I come from a cross-country running background and I'm 6'5" so Im told I have the build for this.

    i would imagine emphasis on legs and back with a shit-ton of cardio :dunno:
