Just had my first BCAA supp drink *now with teh gay pic!*

Scivation Xtend watermelon. It's not that bad of a taste. The powder is crazy light and fluffy, it looks like some type of super drug. :eek3: Also I'm usin' Thermal Rage today for the first time. I just took my first dosage and I'm pretty wired. Anyways, off to the gym. :wavey:

How many serving per container? And how much did you pay for it? Or did you buy it from Bulk nutrition?

I've been using Xtend too for the last few months since i've been cutting. I sip on it during am empty stomach cardio. I like it a lot, and it tastes damn good :p both the watermelon and the grape are good, I like the watermelon a little better tho. Its kinda pricey.. $50 for 90 servings or 20$ for 30 off bodybuilding.com.

Ok guys I'm back from the gym.

I had a killer arms and ab's workout tonight. My preWO supps included fish/flaxseed oil caps, NO-Xplode, ADAM multi cap, Thermal Rage, and 2 scoops of Xtend.

My energy level was very high, and I was fine with takin' only about 60-90sec between each set. Usually I feel a little dead workin' out at night after I'd been asleep all day (I worked from 6:30pm last night 'til 6:30am this morn').

I'm lookin' forward to seein' how much the Xtend helps my muscles recover for my workout tomorrow. Tomorrow will be my 3rd week working out so supps that help me recover faster is very nice to have, though I'm a lot less sore this week as compared to the last two weeks.

My postWO supps included a double scoop shake w/ whey protein and 2 scoops of Xtend. I'm gonna take my CEE in about 10 more min.

    I got my Xtend 1016.1g from netrition.com for $47.49. It's a bit cheaper since I made a bulk order of over $200.

I figured I'd show a pic of how I look so far. This is tonight a day shy of 3 weeks of working out. All summer I was a bum and didn't work out, I started to get chub around my lower abs and love handles. My arms started to become jelly and I wasn't happy with my looks. All that from playin' WoW like crazy since May this year. :o

I'm kinda pissed now that I didn't take a pic of how I looked from day 1 of startin' this recent work out. :wtc: Oh well, at least I've got it started now.

Is this your first time working out ever?

Or did you take a long break and now you're back?

This is my first time working out with a real serious mindset and I'm a lot more knowledgable now on what I'm doin'. The last time I worked out with a goal was about 2003. Since then I've been very sporatic.

Also, this is my first time using any supplements with my diet. So far I'm very pleased with the results. I feel much better each day. My mind is clearer today than it's ever been.

I can attribute most of my newly found knowledge to a good buddy of mine from work. He makes this a bit easier since I have a work out partner and can talk to him about our routines and supps, and what not.

Websites that have helped me out so far are 1fast400.com (bulknutrition.com) and fitday.com
