Most states waive the waiting period, assuming they have one, if you have certain types of permits. So no.

Where i is, there's a 14 day on long guns and no purchasing on handguns. If you have a CCW or purchase permit, no wait and you can purchase long guns or handguns.

there's no waiting period at all in GA. your states are all gay, move here, or florida. florida has better laws than us. i believe you can carry into places that serve alcohol, as long as you're not sitting at the bar.

in TX, as long as you pass the phone in background check, you walk out with it.

depends on where you live, you have to take a course(unlike GA where you just fill out paperwork) and if anybody gives you crap about being azn......well, just say you were in fear for your life ;)

edit: i believe in Vermont, you can carry concealed w/o a license. that's what someone told me, so take it with a grain of salt, but i trust him so it may be true.

I love those extra shot revolvers. Would be so funny in a gunfight when after 6 shoots and BG comes out thinking you are empty only to get capped twice.
Waiting periods suck! Does the waiting period start when you order the gun, or when it comes in?

Vermont does indeed allow ownership, purchase and carry permit free.

Alaska has just recently changed their laws to allow the same as well.

TN = instant background check. If you're clean, you walk out with your gun.

I rather just endure the shitty laws of PRK than live in some of these states. :hs:
