    Thanks for the compliments.

As far as the case, it is the double rifle case with wheels and side and end handles. Retail is about $300 from what I have found on the web, but I got mine from Sam's for $87; actually, I got two.

As far as the stuff on the bottom right, those are extra panels for my RAS.

The case is freakin' huge! I don't know what I should put on the other side. Mags maybe? Heck, and under it, what goes there? My FAL or another AR?

Hey man, I'm building up my AR and I'm thinking about getting that surefire fore-end attachment, mind telling me how much that whole setup cost you?

(Cut & Pasted from another thread)

    Stripped pre-ban Olympic lower: $750
    DPMS parts kit: $55
    Pre-ban Bushmaster M4 upper: $500
    Bushmaster telestock: $100
    Knights RAS: $275
    Knights panel kit: $75
Knights single point QD sling attachment: $20
    Knights Aimpoint mount: $110
    A.R.M.S. #40 BUIS: $99
GG&G front and rear QD Sling Things: $80
GG&G single point sling attachment: $25
    Hogue grip: $10
    Surefire M900A: $550
    Aimpoint CompML: $325

Hot damn! Worse than I thought -- $2,974.00 (plus shipping charges on almost everything).

I look at it this way: the stuff was bought piece by piece so it wasn't like I laid down $3k all in one pop. If someone had offered me a rifle just like mine for that price all at one time, I would have passed. However, that is what makes the AR great, you can build it as you go and swap parts here and there between other rifles. Hell, I have probably been through 5 or 6 lowers with 8/9 uppers. Now, I am down to two ARs...

Sam's Club; similar to Costco or Cosco or however you spell it.

    2nd shelf above the mustard...

Dude, there is no telling where it will be in your club. If they are smart, then probably by the outdoorsy/sporting goods.

However, mine were found near the 5th from last isle on the right hand side, 4th rack up, shrinkwrapped on a pallet. There were five on that pallet, so there had to be eleven more hiding somewhere in the store. It took over 30 minutes for the cases to be found...

    I hope that helps.

I think that starlight double case at Sams is a curse in disguise. Although it is a great case to use when flying with your gun(s), I am sure they will charge you extra to take it, since the damn thing weights a ton when full. Also, the thing barely fits in the back of my jeep. Its a great case, good capacity, but a bitch to travel with.

TwoGuns: If you go for a post-ban lower, you will save like $650, and in Sept it wont make any difference anyways. Just a suggestion.
