didnt know if it was the old style or the new style until it arrived, and it appears to be the new style that is not plagued with as many problems...
and the great news is that my parents will probably spring for a SWR can for it for my b-day!
just need to decide on a dedicated .22 can, or a .223 can that I can use for both.........decisions decisions

    pics later

    nice buy! ;)

tip: carry a small flathead screwdriver with you in the case. you'll get a casing sticking into the barrel once or twice, and that's the easiest way to get it out

    ugh... no

You want to get a small cleaning rod to push any stuck cases or unfired brass out of the gun.

Rimfires can go off if you're prying on the casing trying to get an unfired shell out.

a .223 can would probably be wayyy to big for that gun.

Small enough for you? I have small hands and a P22 feels like a capgun.

SWR .22 cans tested better than Gemtech, and I have a better price on them

As to size, the SWR Warlock is 5.55"L x 1"D, the Wolverine is 5.5"L x 1.5"D. I dont think the extra half inch diameter would make THAT much difference. I should make some mock-ups and see how they look on the end.

it fits my hands very well. i prefer smaller handguns, dont really object to larger ones though, the XD feels good too.
not like this is an IDPA gun or anything, its just for fucking around.

I wanted one, but I could never get any accuracy out of the one at my range. I don't know if its because its a range gun and it's been finger fucked by every toothless wonder this side of the Mississippi, but it always shot like crap. Does the 3.4" vs. 5" barrel make a diff? I only shot the 3.4"

The 22/45 on the other hand was always accurate and never had any ftf or fte. I want one of those now. They're just ugly as shit compared to the sleek P22.
