... and i think i'm gonna return it.

i've been trying to break it in and i still can't even get the end through the loop after buckled up lol

i'm gonna go lever since i don't want to waste my energy putting on and off the belt at the gym

Just work the belt. Twist it, roll it, stand on it, whatever. It'll loosen up. Eventually it'll fit you perfect. Plus it would be a sign of extreme vaginitus to return a belt because it's too much for you. I like the lever belts too but they're a PITA to adjust if you use the same belt for lifts requiring different levels of support.

i stood on the belt, while folded over, and did that every inch of th ebelt.

i can finally buckle it up without too much effort.

Do you want to break in the belt though. I thought it being stiff is the point to hold you together tight and perfectly when you breath out. If you wanted a more pliable belt, why not get a thinner belt?
