Just got my George Foreman grill and was woundering what you guys use to whip up some good meals.

I just tried some chicken for the first time to toss on my salad and it came out rather dry.

Just looking for some good stuff to throw on there.

    Any help for a noob?

How long did you cook the chicken for? I usually do about 7 minutes and it's pretty tender.

I didnt thaw the chicken kinda just tossed it on. Im gonna try to season it with somthing next time, I figured since it was for the salad it didnt need much, plus it was my first one.
