No big deal I know. :o

but they called me out un expectantly in formation and I was like :wtf: you sure it's me?

It was for some detail I did over a month ago. A civilian I worked with had referred me. I had to give some BS speech and had no idea was I was going to say until 30 seconds before I started.

2 things i've noticed about the Army when it comes to awards....

standards are much different when it comes to receiving an AAM or ARCOM vice NAM or NCOM...

My unit is the grinch of awards in the Army...I submitted so many Soldiers in my 12 months of PL time, only to see 0 get shit outside of an end of deployment award.

i couldnt even get an end of tour for my first tour. i didn't do a full one but you'd think a ph and 8 months out of 12 would be enough to get something...
