Just got my first 2 lb ON whey double rich chocolate

    since everyone hated on muscle milk ..and it did have alot of calories


    but this stuff isnt bad either :bowdown:

    i've been on creatine for about 6 months...i tried a small tub of MM ..shit was so good but everyone on here agreed i need to lose the body fat % so i decided to switch to ON

    Heres my favorite breakfast with ON Whey: (Courtesy of Muscle Menus)
    5 Egg Whites
    1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
    1 Scoop Protein Powder (I use ON Double Chocolate)

    Blend this and then place in a large frying pan and cook on both sides until firm. Place on a plate and then spread with desired topping. Then fold in half and eat like a sandwich.

    Good Toppings:
    Nutella and Strawberries
    Peanut Butter, Banana and Honey
    Peanut Butter and Jelly

    I've been using ON for cutting for the past 8 weeks, and I'm down 12 lbs. I love the stuff, four servings a day for almost two months and I'm nowhere near sick of i t.

    Gonna start a long bulk again in October and switch to Muscle Milk.

    I add 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 scoop whey, 1 banana to blender every morning :dunno:

    I've been hearing this from a lot of people lately. I use ON now. I think I might try it out when I finish the ON.

    wtf everyone i talked to about muscle milk said it has waaay too much fat and calories


    especially if your trying to cut....now that i switch everyone says muscle milk is better :mad:

    if so :bowdown:....i still think ON might be better if im trying to cut though..im tryin to get down to about 10-12%

    i'm not really using any powders right now, i just eat a shitload of ground turkey and sometimes i get a shake at the gym. but seriously, muscle milk is fine.
