I know that there's been a lot of CEE threads lately but i havent found the answers that i needed. I just got my order in today of the BN 100g CEE and i've read that i should take about 3g a day. But, my problem is i dont know how to measure out 3g of this stuff. is it like 1 teaspoon or what? also, i got it in the mail today after i had already lifted, so should i still go ahead and take it today or wait til tomorrow before my workout

one teaspoon (not heaping) before & one teaspoon after workout.

i try to take it within an hour before i start & finish.
just recently i've been taking 1 teaspoon on non-workout days. i figure it couldnt hurt. :hs:

It says right there on the can - 1/4 tsp = 550mg or however much it is.
