It was recommended to me and it looks like its some good stuff. I have been have about 2-3 shakes of CytoGainer a day so far. After I bought it, I noticed it had 3g of Creatine (didn't see at first). I don't want to get into creatine because I don't want to lose my muscle/size strength after I stop taking it. I know 3g is less than a normal Creatine intake, but should I still be worried about the consequences I'm afraid of?
