It was recommended to me and it looks like its some good stuff. I have been have about 2-3 shakes of CytoGainer a day so far. After I bought it, I noticed it had 3g of Creatine (didn't see at first). I don't want to get into creatine because I don't want to lose my muscle/size strength after I stop taking it. I know 3g is less than a normal Creatine intake, but should I still be worried about the consequences I'm afraid of?

I've never experienced any kind of loss of mass or strength when I stopped taking either creatine mono or CEE.

Is this 3grams per scoop? Or 1 gram per scoop, 3 times a day.

3 grams per serving and each serving is 4 scoops. I have a shake 2-3 times a day.
