My co-worker has a Glock 26 and we took it to the range today. Little thing is snappy. He had some textured stick-on grips that resembled sandpaper. Gives you a good grip, but adds maybe an 1/8th of an inch to the grip, also scratches pretty bad. All in all, fun little gun, I would definitely consider that as a CCW weapon *California*. Next to try: XD SC. :)

GAP Enterprises or something like that makes a flat mag floor plate with a finger-rest extension which makes the Glock 26 much more comfortable for me to shoot.

He had grip extensions for his Glock 17 mags, and pinky extensions for his G26 mags.

There's really no point in having a G26 if you're going to put those baseplates on IMO. Once they're on, it becomes just as hard to conceal as a G19.

there are mag extensions for it that do the same thing, while adding 2 rounds to your capacity

My friend has a G26. Don't particularly care for it.

I never said that. But the whole point to the G26 is that it's smaller than a G19. The point in buying a smaller gun, with a smaller grip is that it's easier to conceal. By adding additional mass to the smaller grip, you defeat the purpose of getting that gun instead of just buying a G19.

If you need further clarification, let me know.

The barrel and slide itself are quite a bit shorter than the G19.
