Just got back from the doctor v.BackInjuryAGAIN

    I had torn muscle tissue pretty bad about 3 years ago, did the same thing yesterday working. I am in a lot of pain, this morning i had 0 mobility, couldn't even get out of bed. Doctor said i had damaged a lot of muscle tissue in my lower back. Out of work for 4 days, can only lift 10 lbs without bending for over a week :wtc: He's got me on Cyclobenzaprine and Naproxen. I am thinking about hitting up the gym on chest day and doing some smith bench atleast :dunno:

    Anyone have experience with the foam rollers that you place under your feet when you sleep? suposed to take pressure off of the lower back :dunno:

    i was on naproxen and 1 other drug for a 2 weeks for my back. i had pain in hte lower portion and it just wouldn't go away. the meds cleared it right up. Course, i wasn't imobilized by the pain like u tho.

    Ill give that a shot tonight, thanks.


    It's weird, one of the meds says not to lie down for 30 minutes after taking it, wonder why.
