err... squat, deadlift, bench. i'm spent. i thnk i overdid it a little bit too, considering it's my first time back in the gym in forever. IBentirebodyissoreforaweek and i'm going to have to scrap flat barbell bench since my shoulder is still fucked up. i got 2 sets of 155x5 before i switched to incline dumbells and did sets of 60x5 :weaksauce: anyway, yea. back in the gym.
