just got back from some 5x5 squat/bench/deadlift

    err... squat, deadlift, bench.

    i'm spent. i thnk i overdid it a little bit too, considering it's my first time back in the gym in forever.

    and i'm going to have to scrap flat barbell bench since my shoulder is still fucked up. i got 2 sets of 155x5 before i switched to incline dumbells and did sets of 60x5 :greddy: :weaksauce:

    anyway, yea. back in the gym.

    well we're all supposed to go to the beach for a week in august so i'd like to be in decent shape before i take my shirt off
