just got back from doing legs and nearly shit myself at the gym

  1. was doing my final set, 3 reps heavy. i sorta had to shit before i went to lift but it wasn't too bad so i didn't bother. well i go down on the third rep and on the way up it feel like i have to fart, but then i start to turtle head :eek3: i squeeze it back in and push it up, rack the weight and thank my lucky stars. it would so not have been cool to shit my pants right there, especially wearing light colored sweat pants :ugh:

    i've told this story before, but...

    One time I was working out with a friend. I bent down to change some weight, and I felt a fart, so I said to my friend "I got something for ya" and i tried to squeeze the fart out, only a little bit of the squirts came out instead. I told him nevermind. Then I went in the bathroom and had to wipe the shit off my boxers.

    My friend came in and was laughing, "Did you shit yourself?" Of course I denied it. I kept working out with my moist smelly boxers.

    I farted while doing a squat max on Monday with a spotter. He's a friend though, so I don't think I scared him too much. :hsugh:

    i had to run faster to get to the stall soon, but no so fast that it makes it come out more

    i crapped my pants the first time i did a deadlift. had to drop one before i did it. put about 200 on the thing. squatted, and farted. well it was supposed to be a fart. it was like BRRRRSQUUUUUISH. got crap all in my boxers. funny as hell cause i asked the towel guy to put them in the washing machine and he just threw them away and took out the trash :rofl:

    Poop training

    This may help people who like magnetic plates and progressive overload. Instead of adding small amounts of weight to the bar each week just hold in your poop. Each week start holding your poop in one day longer. So a 3 week mini cyle would look like this. I should note this is the latest from Louie.

    Wk 1 Hold poop in starting on wednesday, and squat on friday. Poop right after training.
    Wk 2 Hold poop in starting on Tuesday, squat on Friday. Again poop right after training.
    Wk 3 This is gonna be tough! Once you start on this week I reccomend no laughing, farting, coffee, McDonalds or pullthroughs. Right after week 2's post workout poop, hold it in for the rest of the week. When you squat on friday you will feel like you got a load in your pants, the best part is ya do!

    Your last set will be like using weight releasers. Sit down on the box and let it go and let flow......boom!!! You'll explode out of the hole like a rocket, meanwhile a rocket will be exploding out of you at the same time. I almost forgot obviously you'll need to do that last set bottomless.

    I used this cycle over and over for four years and in that time I put 14.5 pounds on my squat.
