Traded my S&W .357 for a Springfield Model 1903. Its in great shape, though doesnt have the original stock. Anyone know where I can find a real stock for it? I dont really care about that changing the value, I just want it to look like it originally did. Also, any way to figure out when it was made?

Hasnt been cut down at all, its got the original barrel and reciever, just switched the stock out. The aftermarket stock IS nice, but Id prefer the original. Also, from serial number referencing, I found it was made in 1918.

Definately keeping this rifle, even though I feel it isnt "complete" without the original stock.
