I don't really see how I'll ever use this thing... What are you using it for right now? What am I missing? :dunno:

Im not sure how much i will actually use it. I have the trail version right now. Sure its nice to be ably to sync all my stuff but im not sure if its worth the price.

MobileMe is more than just over the air syncing. I use mine a lot for keeping all of my contacts and calendars synchronized over not only my MacBook Pro and my iPhone, but also any other computer I've got. There's also the iDisk feature which I use quite often. I've lost a few thumb drives, but with the iDisk, I can access my iDisk for any files I want. Also, it's 20gb which is larger than almost any other thumb drive (which would cost over $100 by itself). I also use it with Aperture for publishing web galleries. There are plenty of features within MobileMe. I think it's worth it.

Keeping multiple macs in sync. Took me a while to develop a system for it, but now that I have I LOVE it!

I have 2 macs and an iPhone 3G, I think just the fact you can sync mail, calendars, address book, etc.. is worth it. I'm on a trial right now till Dec, but will definitely subscribe to it. I upgraded one of my Mac's HD, and I didn't have to back up mail,contacts,keychains,etc.. since all that was already stored with Mobile Me.
