just got a jump rope

    what kind of routines would be best for fat loss w/ this thing? i was plannin on doin some jumpin early morning on an empty stomach, but i dont know if rope is too strenous for that time of day.. what are your guys' thoughts on jumpin rope and its effectiveness?

    Jump rope is fuckin great. do a thing called skipping the rounds


    Warm up and stretch for ten minutes

    then jump for 3 mins then for a minute do as many push ups as you can do and then skip for three more mins then for 1 minute do as many sit ups as you can.

    do that for as long as you can as skipping is very hard at first, but your fitness goes up real quick.
