Just got 2 PRs

    well since a few of you are doing it...

    today was chest and back (just started following arnold's program) and I max out once a month just to see where I am at.

    Bench: 230
    Deadlift: 385

    these were very clean finishes as well, hoping to get a better PR on thursday.

    6'5'' 226 lbs.

    hmmm must be directed to my legs...

    well I max out legs on wednesday, I think I'll be aiming for 285. Not great, but getting there...

    nice work. hit a few today myself, i wasn't gonna make a thread about since nobody cares but since this is here...FINALLY got 300 on bench, first time i've attempted it in a while and it went up super easy...went for 315 and JUST missed. i think i will get it next time i try. then worked up to 110's x 5 on DB incline, up from 100's.

    and yesterday worked up to 315 x 5 on squats...first time squatting heavy since my back injury and it felt good, no pain or anything. not quite back to where i was pre-injury yet but i know i'll be there soon.
