I know how to workout. I played highschool football for years and worked out a lot after that. I've been pretty damn lax lately having had a GF for 4 years. So i need to get back into it but im lazy and dont have the energy i used to have. Any suggestions? I want a pick me up and go.

Start lifting and doing cardio again and you'll have more energy.
