I love it - but not sure exactly with where to start. I'm looking up music in Amazon.com and then downloading in Zune Marketplace - but I need recommendations.

    Any help is appreciated.

Go to www.somafm.com and listen to the "Groove Salad" stream for a while. That will give you a good idea of who you'll like.

And if we are indeed talking electronica chill music, check out Fila Brazillia and Beat Pharmacy.

If you like downtempo music you would like Air, and also Lemongrass.

I wouldn't mind some rock based chillout. Going off of several other threads on OT I've downloaded the following:

    Thievery Corporation
    Buddha Lounge Ensemble
    Mogwai
    Hurt
    Massive Attack
    Flunk
    Burial
    Bent
    Solea Amphibia
    Ohm-G
    Explosions in the Sky
    UNKLE
    Godspeed you black Emperor!
    Magic sound fabric
    Gregor Samsa
    Makoto

and a few misc ones - but pretty much downloaded everything these guys posted above have released and is available on the zune marketplace for zune pass. All in all between my rock and my chill I now have ~ 25 gigs of music.

Keep em coming! Like I said, I would love some recommendations for rock based chill.

Gota is good chill Jazz IMHO... I think it's all electronic and composed by one japanese guy... I'm pretty sure it's nothing like Scofield but I jam to Gota sometimes in my car and I like it....

Scofield with MMW is good too.

    yo.
try looking for a compilation by Kruder and Dorfmeister called The K+D Sessions.
Aweswomely chiiled out dub, hiphop and downtempo tunes. Really bass heavy and groovy.

I also like Morcheeba, Supreme Beings of Leisure, the Panics, theivery corporation.
For rock style chilled music, i cant go past the flaming lips album "yoshimi battles the pink robots"
    Favorite album in my collection.
