I have a chainsaw on a pole that would be the perfect melee weapon to use against zombies.

meh i would rather have something that hits a bit harder then .22, i rather go with something in 9mm with the 70rd or 100rd drum.

I'd probably go with a shorty AR and a few BetaMags.

Or how about a Calico? That might work nicely.

That American 180 (the .22 in the video) was mine, and I shot that video. It was on my webpage for a couple of years. Wonder who bogarted my video. The guy in the video is Toad from subguns.com.

Edit: someone added something to the end, that part isn't mine. The first part, Toad shoots a 275rd drum.

Multiple reasons, that was one of them, he doesnt like the AR because he thinks its too complicated. But honestly why would someone take advice on weapons from the son of Mel Brooks?

I liked the book, but I did disagree with most of what he said about the guns.

.22s were the best round for defense against zombies? Please, I'd carry the extra weight of 5.56 or 7.62 than be stuck fending off a hoard of zombies with a 10/22

lol at the .22, I'd love one of those. I still think a 12g with a pistol grip (like the mossberg 500 cruiser) and a long range high power rifle would be the best combo in a zombie situation. though you couldn’t go wrong with a high cap assault rifle like an ak or m4 variant. it would really depend on the situation and how dense the zombie population was.

How do you just go out and buy one the same day? This is a post may'86 dealer sample. Are you a class 3 dealer?

Buying and taking possession aren't the same thing. The first video, after he hoses the hill, he turns around laughing and says, "Does Craig still have that one for sale?" Referring to Craig Wheatley, owner of Tactical Innovations. He called him and bought it that day. Taking possession took longer. Yes, at that time, I was 07/02 SOT.

3 round burst would come in handy when aiming at head from longer distances.

Anyone that thinks that full auto is worthless is a fucking idiot. I'd love to have a FA .22. It's super cheap to shoot and that much lead flying at anyone or anything is bound to stop them. For now I'm just going to settle for one of those 10/22 gatling gun conversion kits. Hopefully I'll have one by the end of the year.

I liked the book too, about 50% of what the book says is good the other 50% will get you killed. Minimum I'de want to use is 9mm, but ideally a rifle round.
