Holy fuck I didn't expect Manny to dominate Lauzon like that. Man he just overpowered him kudos to him

    Nate fucking Diaz

Now that was fucking fight. Fuck jiujitsu! Just simply amazing. I'd like to see Nate open a can of whoopass on his brother :x:

    Uploading the fights now.

It's gonna be about 45 minutes before they're up on dailymotion.

Nates Jui jitsu is pretty impressive I suspect those 4 guys will be solid UFC lightweights very shortly.

Manny was boring to watch but dominated the fight lauzon couldnt do anything.

Manny wasn't boring. He was pushing the fight and kept throwing when he was on top.

It was pretty good. It shows how much of an idiot BJ is.

I thought BJ came off pretty decent, myself. Both were pretty good coaches compared to some past seasons.

BJ and Jens were suppose to go head to head in an interview lastnight on Live Audio Wrestling but BJ didn’t answer his phone :mamoru:

Jens came off really well in the interview. He took at shot at BJ that he’s out running trying to make sure he can make weight.

lolz bj is a little chubby.

I think as coaches they came off more like this:

Jens' coached more like a training camp or seminar. You show up, everyone gets the same essential setup of drills, workouts, etc, and are basicly put through the paces as you would be at Jens' home gym. Essentially an exercise in "see what my method will do for you."

BJ coached more like private lessons. He sat down with the guys, examined their individual styles, and worked with each of them to amplify the areas they already excelled at, he didn't try to throw a bunch of new stuff at them and didn't try to force them to do things his way (like workout or whatever).

I don't see one as better than the other, coaching-wise, because some people excel in one environment and some people in the other.
