What it basically is, is no sugar, no flour (white or wheat) no rice, no fruit, no bad fat foods. So what you can eat is fish, lean meats, eggs, cheese, nuts, green veggies, peppers, etc. You can eat as much as you want of those items, within resonable standards.

I ate 2 eggs cheese salsa and tomatoe juice for breakfast.

    Snack cheese stick

lunch lettuce, peppers, onions, olives, cheese, tomatoes, chicken breast, oil vinegar.

    Snack Almonds or pistachios

Dinner some kind of meat or seafood, ie chicken/turkey or salmon/tilapia. Some veggies IE asparagas or brocolli, or stir fry, and a big spinach salad w tomatoes onions portabello mushrooms oil and vinegar.

snack sugar free jello/pudding, and cottage cheese.

I excersized three times a week, and in 2 weeks I went from 215 to 202.

    22 pounds to go!

I was hoping 4 pounds water weight maybe 1 of muscle and the rest fat. But that is kind of a stretch for two weeks.

Bad news: most of that was water weight.

Good news: you've been good on your diet for 2 wks. From here on out, 70% of everything you lose should be straight up fat.

Feel good about yourself and get ready to carry that positive energy into the next two weeks of your diet. good work, bro.

fibrous veggies don't really count as carbs dude. Come back in two weeks when your progress stops. Your body will adapt by then, but most likely by then you will be doing 1-2 hours of cardio a day.

I do 1 hour of cardio three times a week. Should I up it?

I prob will gain weight in 2 weeks, its xmass time :-(

According to the book, after week 2, the weight loss should slow to 1-2 pounds a week.

Do you lift or only cardio?

Cardio = burning cals but also losing muscle mass so your resting metabolism goes down. Bigger muscles = more calories burned while sitting there doing nothing. Lift and then do cardio after.
