Today was my first time back in the gym doing any sort of upper body lifts (other than like 5-10lb DB at rehab) after breaking my humerus bone a couple months ago...a freak accident while arm wrestling.

Overall, I was very encouraged. Back, shoulders, and chest have all seemed to have kept their strength more than I was expecting. Although anything that requires a lot of tricep or bicep activity is essentially at square one.

Obviously, I'll have a ton of work to do to get back to where I was, but it's encouraging to see that I'm not as weak as I thought it would be.

It's good to be back :wavey:
