Heavy squat and dead same day ftw. Im just sitting here dreading going downt he stairs to eat.
i dropped a dumbbell on my leg yesterday, getting up from chairs and traversing stairs have been major problems today
My hamstrings would slap your sarcasm and feed it to you right now.
heavy deads cause my back and the rest of my posterior chain to be really tight for a day or so making quick movement difficult
well hurry up and get em stronger
I'm gonna need a few months though.
I just did SLDLs right after doing wide stance squats. My hammies are gonna hate me for the next 2 days.

Layne, when you did dead lifts did your ass come up first or did your shoulders & ass go up at the same time? Ass up first is a common mistake by lots of beginners cuz their back is so much stronger than their legs/gluts/hams.
I did ATG, SLDL, Pullthroughs, and Lunges yesterday and I can still walk just fine
I have no idea.
