I am going to get rid of all unneccesary shit, garageband and imovie and stuff, but i forget, how do you get rid of unneccesary printer drivers and language packs?

This can get rid of the unused language files http://monolingual.sourceforge.net/

I read some where years ago about a program that can remove the unused languages and some unused code from universal programs which can free up a good amount of space

You're able to do all that from the time of install.

When you run it selected "options" and customize what gets installed. You can deselect all that stuff in the subfolders before installing and get the OSX install down to 2gb.

That other option is for people who don't want to do a fresh install.

Hah, I did the same, deleted all the extra OSX versions for the other processors, lost Rosetta and could only run universal applications.

This was a while ago, before CS3 and universal Maya etc. My printer software wouldn't even work.
