    What's the average weight for someone that is about 5'10 and lifts compared to someone that doesnt? I'm about 185 and I'm wondering if I should just go ahead start lifting/cutting whatever, or is it worth it to put on some more weight and then start?

    Kinda depends on your body to be honest, gonna need a little more info than your height and weight

    Medium Build? what you wanna know, I can measure my chest or whatever for better info. I'm 5'10" 185 in only shorts.
    Edit: Chest 41" I'm also semi athletic as i play basketball a couple times a week, I used to play everyday while at school, but since it's summer I've slacked off...
