    Just came back home where I benched 205 lbs 5 times on my 3rd set :wavey:

    I know that OT is full of broly dudes who lift 205 with their cocks, but this is a first time for me :fawk:

    I don't get any chest pump whatsoever. I've tried all the tips too like making my grip wider and squeezing my shoulder blades together. It fuckin sucks.

    I never had a problem with other parts of the body hurting while benching. The broly people in F&N would answer that... Im just a noob :o

    Keep it up man. I just tried BB bench for the first time since my rotator cuff tear and hit 225 for 2 reps. Been doing nothing but dumbell since the accident and I'm up to 85 pounds DBs for ~6 reps. Gotta take it slow on the shoulder. :o

    I cant keep my arms steady with dumbbells, although I heard doing free weights makes you stronger?
