I've been lifting for awhile but never bothered to keep track, want to start recording stuff so I can see how I've progressed/not progressed. Also signed up on calorie counter so I can see the same for how I eat because I've been getting the feeling I haven't been eating enough given my level of activity. Not stated in workout is 10 mile round-trip bike ride each day to work and back from gym unless I take a longer route home.

My goals aren't so much lifting as much as I can anymore but rather more focused on being an endurance weenie while maintaining some semblance of strength. I race triathlons locally and my next race (and first of the season) is on 4/10/2010.

    Input is always appreciated.
