    I read an article (though I don't have the link anymore) that when we sleep our body redistributes our mass that takes about an hour after standing around to 'settle' in our lower torso. I found this morning when I measured my waist first thing, it was 26 1/4" and an hour later without eating it was 26 1/2". Of course after a meal or so it goes up anywhere from 1/2" to an inch.
    Just wondering if anyone found this out for themselves....

    Actually I was thinking since my legs hardly grow at least since my waist got abit smaller the legs should look bigger. But since I've been cutting I lost an inch on my legs as well.:hs:

    hmmmmm I'll have to try it one of these days, I'm usually in a hurry in the mornings... I have heard that you're like almost an inch taller upon waking...

    i always feel like i look worse after cardio. the only way i make myself feel better is by saming all of the pounding done walking up an incline forces all my fat down...:shrug: it makes me feel a little better at least :p

    haha I noticed I looked skinnier right when I wake up.
