    Took it today when I was cold... girl used my camera over the weekend and left it on sports mode so it turned out dark and I didn't feel like retaking it by the time I had it already plugged into the computer :o

    this is 5 month progress pics... I just noticed my chest has developed more in the last month when I started doing more flys and less bench because going BTC with anything over 205 hurt my rotator so I ended up going to parallel which apparently doesn't do a whole lot for chest development :dunno:

    What else can I do for rear delts? I do face pulls religiously every week.

    And I already do bench, incline bench, standing military press, arnold presses, and a few other accessory movements... you think my upper pecs need work?

    Rear delt fly's and bent over rear delt raises.

    I usually do a giant set of side laterals, bent over rear delt raises, and then rear delt flys on the cable machine.

    The pose I did this time is one I've seen pretty regularly and I already addressed the lighting. The ones I took in the other thread were silly poses because I was just fucking around in the mirror but the lighting was pretty good in those :dunno:

    Fuck if I know but if you're just doing facepulls then you definitely need more rear delt work.

    Plus I think facepulls are more for your traps depending on where you're pulling the rope to, but I could be wrong on that.

    I've always heard they were awesome for rear delt and scapula mobility. I'll implement at least 1 or 2 of the ones you suggested though.

    I've lost a few pounds since that last thread so if anything I'm just more lean... to me I can't really see any difference beyond my pecs, pictures look really similar to me :dunno:

    edit: I took the pics EXACTLY the same as last time except the girl who used my camera this weekend had left it on "sport mode" that's why it's dark

    Yeah they're good for the scapula, Ceaze posted a diagram of better ways to grip it strictly for that reason but unfortunately I don't have it saved.

    If you're going to do 1 of the 2 then I would do the bent over delt raises with dumbbells.

    the way you take pictures is commonly known as being the best way to give an illusion. far away + contrasting shadows/poor lighting = easy to look better than you do. plenty of supp adds do the same. take a normal picture in normal light if you want real critique.

    sounds good.

    It's probably because I always do them dead last in the workout but my front raises and lateral raises really haven't increased much since I started lifting but my seated military press has nearly doubled :o
