    I'm bscly attempting to gain as much as possible within the next year and get my diet in order. It's been a while (2 mo) since I've trained.. so I'm gonna ease slowly back into mah schedule and get to where I was before.

    Busted up into a four day split: chest/tris, back/bis, legs, and shoulders/abdominals.
