Judge my deadlift form *VIDEO*

    just coming off a hamstring injury. its been a month since deadlifting. im still taking it slow. this is 315x4.

    note: i dont start the deadlift until like the last 30 seconds of the video, so pause it, wait till it downloads and then fast forward. or watch me fumble around:hsugh:

    another note: i realize i should have positioned the camera lower to capture my entire body, my mistake

    third note: the guy in the yellow shirt trips a little bit in the very beginning of the video:mamoru:

    looks good. only thing i wouldnt do is "bounce" your reps. reset and stand up briefly at the end of each rep.

    i think theyre lined up, maybe a bit in front.i have trouble keeping them behind

    i woudln't worry too much about it. really depends on your body type and what you do to get more leverage (squat/leg press or hip movement)

    not gonna make a huge difference, but it might be that extra 10-20 lbs. Weight looked a little too light IMO. You could've easily squeezed out 8 or went another 50 lbs heavier
