Might as well start one as well.
Heres my story. training since 21, im 27 now. I took a year off from April 2004 to May 2005.
Weight in May was 225. Needed to cut. Ill put the pics in my log so you fags can cut me up again. I really enjoy that, gives me motivation to get better.
Anyhow, a few measurements from May were.

    Height 6'
    Weight 225
    BF over 20%.
    Arms prolly 16"
    Waist 36"
Dunno the rest.. I stopped here, and said it was time to get back in the gym. When I stopped before, I was 248 lb, at 13%, 19" arms, 34" waist.

So, a month later roughly, i was at 230 lbs, BF prolly 16% Arms 17.5" (muscle memory rocks)
down an inch on the waist line.

Diet is very very clean. During my off time, I ate lots of protien, but didnt watch the rest of my diet at all.

    Typical day looks like this.

    7:00 am - Protien Shake

    10:00 am - 4 eggs, oatmeal.

noon - Serving of chicken, with a clean carb. (oatmeal, an egg, or a small salad from home)

3:00 pm - carb up. Oatmeal, and a protien shake, or eggs.

    6:00 - Post workout shake.

8:00 pm - Supper. Lean cut of meat, (chicken or beef) minimal carbs.

11:00 pm - Prtien shake or cottage cheese.

Supplements are non existant. If its not in my food or protien shakes, I dont use it.
    Other supps
350 mg test prop ew and 200 mg of NPP.

Ive used these for a cutter, to retain LBM, and its working rather well. im shedding fat, and gaining muscle..

As of last night, I weighed in at 236.

Big 3 have never been a big priority, but I have done them in the past month.
    Bench 315 for reps.
Squated 315 for reps, pretty sure I can go to 405.
    Dead is 405 x 2.
