Same here, but after a while (1 or 2 sets) it usually goes away. Don't know exactly what causes it.. but as long as it's not my knees I'm not too concerned

i have that problem, but not while lifting. Its my feet. If i walk barefoot it seems like every bone in my feet click. if im in sandals, shoes, boots anything.. no problem. once i take them off, every step i take they click.

My knees click. Dr. said its just what they do. Told me if my knees started hurting when they clicked to come back.

Edit. And they only click during squatting movements.

Mine used to. I went to the dentist and he said it was because I ground my teeth while sleeping. He gave me some insert to wear while sleeping and a few months later it was fixed.

Ligaments attach bone to bone across a joint. Injuries that involve the supporting ligaments may result in instability and weakness of the involved joint. Pain, joint clicking or popping commonly associated with weakness can be an indication that a joint injury has involved the ligaments.

My lower back pops all the time. Basically I raise one leg up to parallel then do the other one it pops. Sometime pops when I just stand up or run up stairs. Never hurts though.

My hips click on the first rep or 2 of squats and then stop.

The clicking can also be caused by relatively lax joint capsules, that allows more than a usual amount of movement.

also small amounts of gas can build up in the synovial fluids in some joints and when the gas is compressed, clicking or popping can be heard

I would think that as long as it is just noise you hear and not pain you feel, you are ok for the short term.

ABomb already said up the dose (of fish oil)

There are some days where my knees will click literally every single step I take. I've been told as long as it doesnt hurt not to worry.
