Has anyone ever tried this long enough to start seeing any noticable effects? I'm going to ask my doctor if this will work for me, since I'd like to take good care of myself now instead of waiting for something to break down the road.

It's just glucosamine...why not buy a better joint supplement?

I want to try it out to see how it's like, because my body has a long history of not caring for supplements in the form of pills.

Plus, I can nab a case of this at Costco.

You can grab shit with glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM/hyaluronic acid at any CVS, Rite-Aid, Wal-Mart, whatever.

And whats up with the pill thing?

I don't know, things just work better for me when a supplement's in food form (read: pre-made, not in a powdered form) instead of a pill form. Historically, what happens is that when I stop taking those kind of pills is that I either start getting incredibly sick, or I'll have some other kind of bizzare side effect. Oddly, medicine in pill form works just fine.

What I do whenever possible to get the nutrients I need is to adjust my diet or simply choose foods that naturally have what I need in it already.
