    yay or nay?

    i've been thinking about trying it as a preventative measure... since i've started up the upper/lower split and hitting each muscle group twice/week (twice as often as i used to), my joints seem to be getting a little sore

    anyone have any experience with it?

    Glucosamine is fantastic stuff, helps my shoulders a ton.
