I take fish oil 3x a day. The heavy lifting is starting to take a toll on my joints though.

Explain the major differences between Animal Flex and Orange Triad other than I have heard Animal Flex takes a month to start working.

iirc the research on cissus says it's good for bone growth post breakage but doesn't do much for soft tissue damage.

i hear some joint pills can do some serious damage on them and are a bitch to get rid of once in your system

both are good products, but orange triad is a multi, joint supplement and digestion/immune aid all in one, so its more convenient and a LOT cheaper.
no studies have really been done on soft tissue, but anecdotal evidence over the centuries has shown benefit, take it with a grain of salt
