I use Joint Soother from Vitamin World. It's glucosamine with chondroiten and MSM.

I was having elbow joint problems until I started taking these per Ray's advice... good stuff. Also took off 2 months from lifting too so taking time off helps as well.

Meh I take some Glucosamine/MSM supplement from Sam's club. Even though I wasn't having any joint problems or whatever, better safe than sorry i suppose

  23. The way to maintain joint health is through proper training/exercise, not supplements.

Fish oil reduces inflammation, which is a symptom of joint stress, but won't do anything to improve the chemo-mechanical integrity of the joint.

Glucosamine/chondroitin is probably worthless unless you have osteoarthritis, and even then its value is debatable.
