So after my other thread the other day I bought a Glock 36. This was after going to the range and testing out a couple types of guns. I then went to cheaper then dirt to by a Sherpa holster ,some zero mag extensions, a extra mag and some better ear plugs(had been using foam ones). Went out and bought 500 rounds of umc from wally world and shot 200 through it so far.

Any other things that are must haves or i should get. This gun is gonna be for carry and i know practice is probably the most important. I joined the Practice Pistol club at school so will be shooting it every Thursday. I was looking at xs sight system anyone have it.

That is what i figured a gun i cant shoot and hit anything with is pretty much as good as a stone to throw at them.

Say I want to get a longer barrel for target shooting. Why do all the 45 barrels say they only fit the full size gun. should the lock up of the barrel be the same for all of the guns seeing all of them use the same internals.

    Like this one:

Or what if I got the std 21 barrel

why? sight radius will be the same.

And the 36 being a single stack (less wide overall) it will take a specific barrel.

I'd do some research before you try to fire it with a different barrel.
