    i wouldn't separate workouts into morning/afternoon like that. If you wanted to do cardio in the morning and then lifting at night or vice versa, that's totally fine... but doing heavy squats in the morning then more squats at night is a bad idea.

    I did my heavy legs (squat and leg press) in the morning, and then just did light squats in the afternoon before i hit the leg curl, leg extension and calf muscles.

    i TRY to get in two workouts a day on most excercies, but find myself usually only motivated to get up and do my legs for some reason
