    So I'm going to try and keep track of my workouts and see if I benefit at all from doing it. My numbers are not good but that's fine with me because I'm not about strength at all.

    Shoulders / tri's - first time workin them in 2 weeks. :o

    You must be new to fn, all I'm interested in is hypertrophy. And vascularity ofcourse. :bowdown:

    Really, until I roid, I'm trying to bulk slowly, put on strictly lean mass, and stay single digit bf% but I stray from eating clean pretty often.

    I said I'd like to be like 200lbs at the same bf% I'm at now but really I don't give a shit. I have a good idea of how I want to look and whatever weight and bf% I am when I get there is just that.

    I wish it was easier for me to stay lean. I have to watch my diet all the time. I rarely eat shitty. But yeah 200-210 at a single digit bf% is perfect.

    As of late I've been cheating everyday, even multiple times per day. I'm kind of shocked myself at how I'm not fat, I just hope my metabolism doesn't switch up somehow and start fucking me over. I love cakes and cookies too much. :drool:

    I hear what you're saying about cheating. Was surprised myself for a while but I know cheating does set me back in one way or another.

    Nah just figured I'd try and keep track of my weights and see if any good comes from it. Some of my weights are really down and some are progressing nicely.

    I know there's some good entertainment in the logs, can't wait to see what kind of messed up shit takes place in mine. :rofl:

    I start my day out doing good then usually I'll cheat somewhere along the line and it throws everything out of whack so then I stop logging. This is how it's been for the past maybe 2 months or so, before that I was very strict, taking in anywhere from 2200-2400 cals with that being made up of high protein, moderate fats, low carbs.
    Yeah we'll see how long I keep up with it, if I don't see any poz benefits then I'm going to stop logging.

    Hypertrophy is the growth of muscles. All I'm concerned with is getting bigger. I don't care about strength. If I get stronger on the road to getting bigger then great, but my main goal is to look sick.

    I just changed up my routine a little bit as I've been doing the same one for probably a year now.

    It was:
    monday - chest/bi's
    tuesday - legs/abs
    wed - off
    thurs - shoulders / tri's
    friday - back
    sat - off or calves/abs
    sun - off

    But now I've just switched it so that I'm doing back on tuesday and legs on friday.

    I've posted that this build is pretty much my ultimate goal, he's 5'11" 200ish lbs at like 6%.

    There's some exercises where I could add a lot more weight but the one thing I've learned is to check the ego and focus on the squeeze on the poz and neg of the lift. :bowdown:

    Been waiting for this log too! Surprised you are not that meticulous with diet considering your physique. But i'm sure this log will motivate you a bit more in that area as well. Let us see it when you do :)

    Still getting used to these. My wrists were fine today, just the bar was resting on my right collar bone and it wasn't the best feeling thing in the world. Even with lightweight these still kill my quads.

    Thinking of alternating high reps / low reps each week with both squat variations.

    My legs are like jello and I have a constant dull pain in my right side hip flexor area. So far I'm really liking front squats, I just need to find how to make the bar sit better, I need bigger front delts. :o

    Prop your chest out when you do them, almost like your doing a front lat spread. That should create a nice shelf on your front delt/upper chest area.
