I'm reading through the input sensitivity setting guide for my JL 10W7 and it mentions using a test cd with a "Sine wave test tone recorded at 0db reference level in the frequency range to be amplified (40-50Hz)".

Where would I find such a CD? Or barring that, how could I make one?

I know I could generate wav files with the appropriate tones, but would be concerned about recording them at the proper volume levels...

I have a test cd I can email you, just PM me your email address. It's only about 2 megabytes, but has tones from 10 hz. to 300 hz. It's 29 files, each file plays each tone in 1 hz. increments and goes up 1 hz. every 10 seconds.
