jimmy johns nutrition question

    so i went to the jimmy johns website to build my own sandwich and i was looking at the all the calories, carbs, etc..

    i found it really weird that the regular french bread only has 250 calories and 50g carbs while the 7-grain wheat bread has 387 calories, 68g carbs and 5 grams of dietary fiber. so i would naturally assume that the french bread is less fattening because it has less carbs and calories but should i get the wheat bread because it might be healthier? ive been working out and trying to lose weight and watching my calories more than carbs. your opinions are greatly appreciated

    jesus i would say that a meal off your diet and get what you want, youre going with a nice girl have a good time. Plus she will probably think youre a pussy for eating healthier/less than her

    lettuce wrap is the way to go. Gotta JJ right by my office. Eaten it since college and was a little hesitant on the lettuce wrap, but it fills me up just as much w/o all of the sugar/cals of the bread.
