Jet Fuel + coffee = too much?

    I'm going on a cruise with the wife and a bunch of friends in a month and I've kind of been flat at 11-12% BF for a few weeks, almost 100% of that in ye olde gut region.

    My local health shop recommended Jet Fuel so I caved and snagged some to use until the cruise as (possibly) a little boost toward cutting. So far it seems to be a noticeable energy boost -- who knows if it'll burn fat but we'll see. I was wondering though, is it too much to still grab a morning cup of coffee or two? Or should I just cut the coffee? I didn't seem to be too jittery the one time I have tried it but I don't want my internal organs to fall apart either.

    Obviously I'm relooking at my diet and exercise too, that's outside the scope of this question. Thanks.

    I didn't say I had a gut, just that the concentration of any remaining fat is there. i.e. Most of me is fairly vascular, but as for my abs I don't have a six pack but if I flex hard my abs are visible. What I'm making a last ditch 1-month push for is to get more of the visible abs without having to flex.

    You sound like a buddy of mine who would get so lean he had viens on his lats but still didn't have abs.

    I'm the same way. When I flex, abs are there ... but otherwise, you can only see the sides. Not sure bf, but think 11-12% at the moment.

    Abs are usually visible @12% without flexing

    So does everything else in life. He probably has more bodyfat than he realizes or is very light weight.


    Also, there is no such thing as too much coffee.

    Sigh.

    My personal trainer actually measured me at 9.5%, but I don't think she was pinching hard enough. The little electronic resistance based measurement we have at work says 11.5% (I measured it today). I am 5'11' about 180.

    I'm telling you, it's all in my ab region. I have a nurse friend that likes to get drunk and joke that she could throw a needle from 5 feet away and still be accurate in hitting the veins in my forearms. Which pretty much gags me, because I hate having blood drawn.

    Besides, all I wanted out of this post was whether it was cool to use these two stims together, and/or if anybody had done it with good bad experiences. Call me 15, 20, 30% bf I don't really care what the metric says.

    I wouldn't. Read the label. I know lipo6 ( a stim) says no coffee or extra caffeine.

    you wouldnt want to do that cause then that little sucker would be gone.
