A&P jesus, so my camera is extremely heavy now

    i picked up a nikon 28-70mm f/2.8 and the vertical grip for my D80, it's over 5lbs with this combo below :ugh: hands hurt from holding it for extended periods of time

    it's the stupid lens that the heaviest, they really need to invent ways to makes fast lenses lighter

    at oil kings games I spend 3 hours carrying around a D2h w/ 70-200/2.8 and a D300 with grip and 24-70/2.8 with SB800

    I feel your pain.

    i went cheap on the flashes, plus i like full manual analog control

    high speed sync was the only reason i went with the 430ex :o

    Ive only done it sitting at a basketball game with my hand up on my knee. All I know is that after you shoot with that and then put the 70-200 back on, it feels like your whole setup is made of air
