    Class, worked on basic boxing stance and hand placement. Practiced with sticks and continued practice on blocking.

    Shitty shitty shitty workout, weighed in at 220, but I usually weigh myself in the morning and not in the afternoon so I'm sure I'm more like 218. I'm thinking of cutting but my arms are finally starting to grow so I guess I shall keep on going.

    Decided that next week will be rest on Monday and Friday for my upperbody days. My left wrist has been popping like crazy after doing heavy inclines and bothering me on other lifts

    219.5. I've decided to go ahead and cut

    Lugged my fatass around the track for the first time in months. Made it 3 laps and then had to quit. One lap isn't even a quarter of a mile :(

    Well, my waist is a 33. I measured my stomach all the way around from the bellybutton and it was 38 inches....This bulk/cut was/is more experimental than anything and I've learned a lot. For instance, dont bulk at 1000 calories over maintenance, har har. I've learned what I respond to best, yadda yadda. I've never actually cut before either so I'm sure this will be interesting and I'll screw it up.

    I'm gonna bulk for a good 6 months this winter. Probably will eat around 3500-4000. Gonna run at least 2 days a week, probably more. Will be a much slower weight gain, but I will feel much healthier and probably wont put as much fat down on the gut.

    14th-Friday, weighed in at 217.5

    10.5 minutes on stair machine, first 7 minutes at 55 steps, minute 8 at 60,minute 9-9.30 at 65, 9.30-10.00 at 70, 10.00-10.50 at 75 steps

    15 minutes on "bike" total distance of 4 miles

    Fresh off a one week break and I feel weak as fuck. Combining the week off along with finally being under maintenance is a bad combo. Also decided to give the super low carb diet a hearty fuck you. Just gonna keep calories at 2600-2700 w/ carbs at 200-225g and adjust from there.

    I'm too fat to be doing sprints again. Had to cut the intervals short because my asthma was making me wheezy plus it's fucking hot as shit outside. I need to remember to ease back into all this shit. Anyways...........

    Jogged 800m, almost died
    1200m walk the straight, sprint the curves
    400m walk for cooldown

    Probably gonna stick with my current cardio routine with my track work on Tuesdays. I started running at the local high school and they have some ropes, boxes, and tires to drag that I have permission to use. Probably will just a 400m warmup, 1 mile of the intervals, and then drag the tire a bit on next Tuesday. I might wait until it starts to cool down at night this time.

    Thursdays will just be some light cardio with the stairmaster and the bike, moreso to work on getting my lungs reacclimated to being worked than for actual work.

    Might start waking up on Saturday mornings to drag the tire instead of doing it on Tuesdays and then throw in some box work to finish me off. That wont be until next weekend though, gonna see how my body is feeling after this week.

    Monday is the beginning of the 9 week westside beginner program

    I discovered the wonder of leg drive tonight. I focused on driving through my legs and maintaining my arch throughout the whole lift by driving my upper back right into the bench. Twas the most stable I've felt ever while benching. Everything went up with ease pretty each and every rep felt solid. I tend to lose my focus on form as the weight gets heavier though :( Need to practice a ton more

    Gonna build my own "sled" whenever I go home for a week in August. Just gonna get a tire that is gonna be thrown out from a tire place, put some wood in there, and then probably buy some sandbags from lowes or home depot

    Played bball at the air force base for a couple hours. I'm pretty out of shape but not as bad as I was a month or so ago. I got some dunks in, but my vertical is far from where it used to be
