    my dad gets this casein called micellular matrix or something from bulknutrition and its pretty good shit. not thick at all. someones supping your supps with mansauce

    casein is not water soluble while whey is. It sort of binds the water.

    Interesting. I just thought they made it thick so it clogs the duodenum and therefore takes longer to be bioavailable. :p
