    it's tendinitis

I made a thread about this a couple weeks ago. Had it checked by a sports medicine doctor last week and he said it's tendinitis. Only thing you can do for it is time off. Ice them and stretch them. Give it about a week and see how you feel.

You don't have to take off completely, just lifts that emphasize the forearm in the movement (yes I know, that's most of them, but there's still alot you can do). Things to particularly avoid are dips, pullups, curls.

    Good luck man.

Watch out for stress fractures. Do curl work with db's for a while.

I used to find that stretching extensors and flexors helped me when I had similar problems.

its not necessarily tendonitis.. i went to a sports medicine doctor when i had a similar problem and he said my forearm muscle grew so fast it was literally choking a nerve. he prescribed my celebrex and two weeks BAM< its been gone ever since.. with that said

id recommend going to a sports medicine doctor. *shrug*

    tendonitis or stress fractures..

the only thing that helped me (though, i only got them when benching), was using tight wrist wraps to keep the weight off of my forearms.

i was fine when gripping and pressing -- but i'd tremble like a bitch when i knew i'd have to let go of the bar. :( that fucking pain is ridiculous.
